Acceptance of terms

By accessing our website, purchasing or enrolling in courses, or using any related materials or services, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

• These terms apply to all visitors, students, and account holders.
• We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• Material changes will be signaled via on-site notice or email where applicable.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• Do not share your password or allow others to access your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or suspected fraud.
• Minimum age: You must be at least 16 years old or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the services lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited behaviors include, without limitation:

• Copying, redistributing, or re-selling course materials without permission.
• Bypassing technical protections, rate limits, or access controls.
• Uploading malware, conducting phishing, or attempting to gain unauthorized access.
• Harassing instructors or other students, or posting harmful or illegal content.
• Using automated scrapers or bots without our explicit written authorization.

Payments & refunds

Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout when possible. Payment is due at the time of purchase via the authorized providers displayed at checkout.

• Refund window: If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase; eligibility may vary by course and whether substantial content has been consumed or downloaded.
• Non-refundable cases: Significant course completion, certificate issuance, clear misuse, or violation of terms may render purchases non-refundable.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may lead to account suspension while we investigate.
• Subscriptions: If a course is offered by subscription, cancellations halt future billing but do not retroactively refund previous periods unless required by law.

Use of content

Course materials are licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use only. Unless explicitly authorized, you may not share, publish, resell, or make derivative works based on the content.

• Limited license: Single user, single household, non-commercial use.
• Prohibited: Re-uploading videos, PDFs, or code to public or private repositories.
• Attribution: Do not remove watermarks, copyright notices, or attribution.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, service marks, and course assets remain the property of WillowCreek or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

Third-party services

We may integrate third-party processors or tools. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party failures or acts.

Privacy

Your use is also governed by our privacy practices. We strive to collect the minimum data needed to operate and improve the service, including device and usage data for security and analytics where lawful.

Disclaimer

No guarantee of specific results. Course outcomes depend on your effort, prior experience, and context. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

• We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WillowCreek will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WillowCreek, its affiliates, instructors, and staff harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the services or violation of these terms.

Term, suspension, termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations, fraud, legal compliance, or technical reasons. Upon termination, your license to use course materials terminates except as required by law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by applicable laws of your local consumer protection regulations and, where not in conflict, the laws of the United States. Disputes should be raised first with our support; if unresolved, the parties agree to good-faith negotiation prior to any formal process.

Changes to terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated by on-site notice or email where appropriate.
